DPSN provides a network of supports to parents of school-aged children in Dufferin County. DPSN helps create and strengthen healthy family capacities through training and education. They assists parents in raising children with: Pro-social behaviour, Reduced Violence, Less substance abuse, fewer feelings of loneliness, anxiety and depression, Greater self-esteem, higher grades. Spring and fall workshops are available; parents must pre-register.

Healthy Babies Healthy Children

The purpose of Ontario's Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program is to help children get a healthy start in life. The program does this by helping infants and children up to age six and their families through screening and assessments, referrals to community programs and services and supports for new parents.
