The County of Dufferin has a responsibility to ensure that all children and their families have a right to access services and activities that support a child's healthy development and well-being. Programs include: Dufferin Best Start, Ontario Early Years Centre, Child Care Subsidy, Early Learning & Literacy, Early Years Planning & Research, Quality Child Care.

The objective of the ecoCaledon Bursary is to encourage academic excellence and increase the awareness of environmental efforts and studies. A $250.00 bursary will be provided to one student in each of the public and catholic secondary schools within the Town of Caledon; Humberview, Robert F Hall, Mayfield. Application deadline July 1st.

Provides a range of free and sliding scale-based fees counselling services for individuals, couples and families.

Dedicated to giving motivated children, whose families lack the financial resources, the opportunities to learn about horses. Besides offering camps and lessons, the Foundation has established the Kids & Horses Scholarship, which is awarded to a graduate of the program, wishing to pursue college level studies, leading to a career involving horses.

The Ministry of Community and Social Services funds and manages the Special Services at Home program. It helps adults and children with a developmental disability — and children with a physical disability — and their families by paying for special services they need to live at home in the community.
